I'm pretty angry at this point, this is effecting how I make my living. I PAY 'GoDaddy', they should fix it in a maximum 48 hours, NOT 2 WEEKS, then pass the blame. GoDaddy is blaming Outlook, saying 'they' have to release the account and it takes time. It's almost a lawsuit if I lose clients over this, none of this appears to be my fault and its killing my business. This is insane! I pay good money to GoDaddy so this doesn't happen. I run a business and I'm on the verge of losing 2 clients over email trust. That will be 2 FULL weeks since the issue. I was promised 72 hours and I'd be back up and running, if spent $100cad on anti-spam software (which I reluctantly did) and went through list of steps such as multi level authentication protocols and a list of other stuff, now GoDaddy says I it will be '5 to 7' days and I should be back. this switch to outlook this year (2023) and all of the sudden, major issues, I have been blocked from sending emails, some sort of a spam hack? Not my fault, my email is protected with a godaddy generated password. Same deal, I have had GoDaddy for WAY more than a decade, never an issue with my email. How do I move my Office 365 licenses to another email host? If I can do that, who has a rock-solid reputation for hosting 365? Sorry for the long story but here is the question. I never had an issue until Godaddy transitioned to Office 365. My website has been hosted on Godaddy for 12 years and I have my email accounts set up there as well.
